At Crescent Light Academy, we believe parents are essential partners in their children’s learning journey. Our Parents in Action (PIA) program celebrates this partnership by welcoming families into the classroom to share their time, talents, and experiences.
Parents in Action gives kids the chance to see that their families are truly involved in their school life. When parents show up, volunteer, and participate, children feel proud, supported, and more motivated to do their best. It boosts their confidence, helps them stay engaged in learning, and shows them that education is important. Being present also helps build a stronger school community where kids know they have a team cheering them on both at home and at school.
